# Fee Schedule

> Asymmetric Settlement Model and Provisioning

### Epoch Settlement (High Water Mark)

TrustAlgo operates on an asymmetric institutional fee model, mathematically aligning the infrastructure with absolute performance:

* **Management Fee:** 0%
* **Performance Fee:** 20%

The performance fee is applied **exclusively on new High Water Marks** of the equity curve, net of withdrawals. In the event of a drawdown, no fee is generated or accrued until the capital surpasses its previous peak.

### Provisioning (Server Activation)

Activating the isolated computational node requires a fixed fee for cloud infrastructure provisioning.

* **Setup Cost:** 50 USDC (One-time)
* **Settlement Network:** Arbitrum (ERC-20)
